In this presentation, Prof DeStobbeleir will share her view on where the field has been, and offer someideas about possible future research directions. She will for example zoom inon what recent evolutions in the labor market (e.g., gig economy) may mean forthe field. In this session, Professor De Stobbeleir will also present a briefoverview of her own research, and more particularly her research in the fieldof proactivity (e.g., her research with Sue Ashford on feedback seeking).學(xué)者簡介：Katleen DeStobbeleir，2001年碩士畢業(yè)于比利時根特大學(xué)（University of Ghent）。2006至2007年在密歇根大學(xué)羅斯商學(xué)院進(jìn)行為期一年的訪問，導(dǎo)師為Susan J.
